Name: ER4043 aluminum silicon welding wire
Standard: GB/T10858 SAI4043 AWS A5.1 ER4043
Composition: Si = 4.5-6.0%; Fe≤0.8%; Al allowance.
Note: ER4043 is an aluminum-silicon alloy welding wire containing 5% silicon, with melting point of 573-625ºC, good fluidity, strong thermal cracking resistance, but insufficient ductility. Due to the high silicon content, brittle Mg2Si is easy to form in the weld when used for welding high magnesium alloy, which reduces the plasticity and corrosion resistance of the joint. In addition, the surface color of the weld is dark, and the color of the anodized weld is different from that of the base metal.
Uses: Used as filling material for argon arc welding and gas welding of aluminum alloy workpieces and castings except aluminum magnesium alloy. It is commonly used for welding 6061 and other 600 series aluminum alloys, 3000 series and 2000 series aluminum alloys and cast aluminum. Widely used in railway locomotive, chemical industry, food and other industries.
Name: ER4047 aluminum silicon solder

Note: ER4047 silicon alloy aluminum welding wire has lower melting point about 500ºC and higher fluidity (silicon content 12%) than ER4043, and can also be used as welding material. It can be used instead of ER4043 and has higher silicon content, which is helpful to reduce thermal cracks and generate higher fillet weld shear strength.
Usage: It is commonly used for various kinds of difficult welding such as aluminum (thin) parts, condensers, air conditioning pipes, high pressure aluminum tubes, automobile water tanks, oil tanks, etc.
Name: ER1100 pure aluminum welding wire
Standard: GB/T10858 SAI 1070 AWS A5.1 ER1100
Composition: Si ≤ 0.20%; Fe≤0.25%; Al≥99.7%.
Note: ER1100 is a pure aluminum welding wire with aluminum content greater than 99.7%, melting point 647-658ºC, good weldability and corrosion resistance, high thermal and electrical conductivity and excellent processing performance, but low strength.
Uses: Used as argon arc welding and filling material for pure aluminum, widely used in connection of aluminum bus bar and guide bar in electrolytic aluminum factory and in electric power, chemistry, food and other industries.
Name: ER5356 aluminum magnesium welding wire
Standard: GB/T10858 SAl5356 AWS A5.1 ER5356
Ingredients: Mg = 4.5-5.5%; Mn=0.05-0.20%; Cr=0.05-0.20%; Ti=0.06-0.20%; Al allowance.
Note: ER5356 is an aluminum-magnesium alloy welding wire containing 5% magnesium and a small amount of titanium refined grains, and its melting point is 575-633ºC. It has good corrosion resistance and thermal cracking resistance, high strength and good forgeability. After anodizing, the weld is still white, which can provide good color matching for welded joints and is a universal welding material with a wide range of uses.
Usage: It is a universal welding material for TIG welding, MIG welding and oxy-acetylene welding of aluminum-magnesium alloy. It is also widely used in welding of aluminum-zinc-magnesium alloy and repair welding of aluminum-magnesium casting. Such as locomotive carriages, chemical pressure vessels, bicycles, aluminum skateboards and other sports equipment, military production, shipbuilding, aviation and other industries.

Ingredients: Mg = 4.3-5.2%; Mn=0.5-1.0%; Cr=0.05-0.25; Ti≤0.15%; Al allowance.
Note: ER5183 is an aluminum-magnesium welding wire with magnesium content of nearly 5% and high manganese content. It has good corrosion resistance, thermal cracking resistance, high strength and good forgeability. The weld is still white after anodizing, which can provide good color matching for welded joints. For some alloys, the strength of welded joints is slightly higher than ER5356.
Uses: Used as filler metal for argon arc welding of aluminum and magnesium alloy. It is applied in locomotive compartment, chemical pressure vessel, nuclear industry, shipbuilding, refrigeration, boiler and aerospace industry.
